Event Info: Walking in Her Shoes
Leadership today is increasingly defined not just by how many hours you spend at your computer, but your ability to connect to others, and how you navigate the marketplace.
Building relationships takes time, but it matters.
Many successful people understand this; the business trip, conferences, or the social after-work gatherings are not just for relaxation purposes, but also as an essential part of building your human capital.
Our flagship conference is a platform for women to harness the power of relationship building to fulfill their career and business ambition at the highest level.
The SWC Women in Leadership Conference key objective is to support more women into leadership roles. It assembles a dynamic group of women entrepreneurs, senior executives, community and political leaders from an array of industries, disciplines, managerial backgrounds, and cultures.
