Thu 8 September 2016, 13:30 – 19:00 BST
Following on from our successful event in January – ‘Identity and Presence – The Power of your authentic personal brand to inspire & empower’ - we would like to invite you to join us our tenth event.
Carmen Ene – CEO of 3 Step IT is going to share how she has used the principles from the bestselling book – “Who Moved My Cheese” by Spencer Johnson to drive change in her organisation. Carmen will be joined by Deborah Henley who will kick off the meeting to hear from you all on your key learnings and takeaways from January’s event.
Carmen was born in Romania and founded one of the very first IT companies in Romania in 1990. Initially run by a team of five, it quickly became the number 1 IT company in Romania and was acquired by IBM. Thereafter, Carmen enjoyed a successful 20-year IBM career in international management positions in IT and Financing. Carmen has an M.A. in Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics awarded by the Academy of Bucharest and an MBA from OU London. Both inside and outside the company she works to advance the cause of women and cultural diversity in industry, and is a Governor of the Leasing Foundation in UK. Carmen joined 3 Step IT in 2015 as CEO. 3 Step IT offers worldwide management and leasing solutions to businesses with high-volume IT needs. The company’s services are managed in three steps – leasing, management, and replacement – in order to provide a sustainable, cost-effective process based on circular economy to its customers.
