Event description
So it's a Climate Emergency, what next?

About this Event

What's our new normal in the light of the climate emergency?

Do we who work in Sustainability carry on as we always have done?

Nicole Lazarus Head of One Planet Living at Bioregional, and Vicky Fletcher Environment and Heritage Manager at Oxfordshire County Council will start us off. They'll talk about how they see things changing in the sector, how Bioregional and Oxfordshire County Council are responding and suggest some ideas of what that might mean for us.

Do we need to re-prioritise? Are some things not important enough to be doing during an emergency? and how it may need to change again urgently in the light of the climate emergency as we go into 2020.

But this event is about learning from everyone in the room. Finding out how we're thinking, feeling and responding. Listening out for new ways and strategies, good techniques for resilience.

So there'll be plenty of time to talk and listen to each other.

We'll allow ourselves to be challenged and look for some good solutions.

We are thrilled to be back at Grant Thornton's lovely spacious offices on Oxford Business Park.

For the cyclists it's just a bit more exercise beyond the end of the Cowley Road.

On public transport your best option might be the Pick Me Up bus.

And for those in cars/ and car sharing there is parking on site.
