Emma has spent over 20 years building a successful career across sales, marketing, strategy and management, particularly in the IT industry for SMEs and well-known brands including BT and HP Inc.
Emma now runs her own businesses that play to her professional strengths and align with her personal priorities, passions, and values. She is a certified Strengthscope® Practitioner Emma lives in South Wales, and when she isn't busy with her business, you will find her watching her beloved Leeds United and spending quality time with family and friends.
Speaker: Nic Saunders
Nic Saunders is on a mission. She wants to improve the lives of everyone she encounters, using her gifts of curiosity, energy, and positivity. Nic developed a passion for supporting people after working in HR, namely recruitment, learning and development, organisational development, and workplace well-being. She launched her coaching and training practice amid the pandemic, a testament to her faith in the power of positivity and self-belief. Nic specialises in coaching women 1:1 and workforce engagement.
Through her coaching qualification and studies in positive psychology and neuroscience, Nic helps people achieve their dreams and ambitions and become the best and most authentic version of themselves. Her goal is to help you lead a more fulfilling, purposeful and, in turn, happier life.
Nic channels her energy into her other passion as a singer in a professional function band when she's not coaching.
Event Host: Caisha Sheikh - Partner Channel Manager, Crimson
Caisha has worked within CIO search and selection for several years and is now in charge of maintaining Crimson’s most senior technology partnerships. Caisha is passionate about giving senior female candidates the support they need to reach new career heights, including hosting various Women in Tech events across the UK, insightful webinars and an up and coming podcast series for the Women in Tech community.
