Join us for the official launch of Women in Tech Week at Barclays — a week dedicated to learning, connection and celebration for women working in technology.
The event will open with a keynote from Dr Vanessa Vallely OBE, award-winning entrepreneur, author, and founder of WeAreTechWomen. Vanessa will share insights from the recently released Lovelace Report, which highlights the £2–3.5 billion annual cost of losing women from UK tech roles and explores the systemic barriers that continue to hinder their progression.
Following the keynote, a panel of senior technology leaders will delve deeper into the findings of the report — discussing the ongoing challenges faced by women in the sector, as well as the actions organisations must take to accelerate change.
The event will close with a networking session, providing the opportunity to connect with peers and leaders from across the tech industry.
