Belinda Brown

Belinda Brown is the CFO for Sephora UK, part of the LVMH family, based in London. Sephora is the number one global prestige beauty retail, operating in 34 markets across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia, and Australia. In her role, Belinda leads financial strategy, planning, and governance for Sephora’s high-growth UK business, supporting both online and physical retail expansion.

Prior to joining Sephora, Belinda spent nearly 12 years at Diageo Plc, the global leader in beverage alcohol, operating in around 180 countries with over 200 brands. Her most recent role at Diageo was Global ESG Performance Director, where she worked with senior leaders to embed environmental, social, and governance accountability into global strategy. She also held a series of senior roles in investor relations, risk, audit, and financial leadership, advising Boards and Executive Committees across multiple markets.

Beyond her corporate roles, Belinda is committed to creating tangible social impact. She actively mentors and sponsors underrepresented talent, helping to build pathways for professionals from minority and non-traditional backgrounds to thrive. She has contributed to social mobility and early-career development initiatives through The Open Private School, Graduate Mentor, Psalt, and 100 Allies. At Diageo, she co-founded REACH, a network for ethnically diverse colleagues, and today she serves as Executive Sponsor of LEAD UK – the LVMH group’s Employee Resource Group for ethnically diverse employees – embedding inclusion into strategy and culture.

Belinda’s recent recognitions reflect both her business and social impact leadership. In 2025, she was named the Number 1 Executive Role Model in the INvolve Empower Role Model Lists. She is also a 2025 Black British Business Awards Finalist in the Senior Leader – Consumer & Luxury category and has been recognised by Queen’s University as an 18-45 Leader, celebrating alumni who drive change in business and society.

Belinda regularly contributes to industry panels and thought leadership forums, speaking on topics such as leadership, inclusive business, and sustainable growth. Her leadership style is defined not just by performance but by purpose: a belief that representation, when coupled with action, can drive lasting change.

Hosted by MBA alumna Claire-Marie Boggiano, Lurig Leadership & Change.
