About this event

As part of our DIY series, this workshop is a women-led DIY session. It's still very much a women+ friendly environment but everyone is welcome.

The DIY workshop provides access to cycling equipment, tools and non-judgemental advice to all.

Held at Drosi's workshop, you will learn how to keep your adventure on track by checking & fixing your own bike. We will support you to take control of all those little fixes you wanted to know about, so that you can be confident when out on the road or trail.

Whether you are a beginner cyclist, or have been cycling for years, join us to chat all things bike, use our tools and meet new people.

Tea/Coffee and biscuits provided (Please let us know in advance if you have a specific dietry requirement and we will do our best to provide some yummy biscuits!!!)

Women+ includes anyone identifying as female, trans or non-binary

Under 18's to be accompanied by parent/guardian please.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any previous experience?

No! This workshop is designed for complete beginners, those with some rusty knowledge and those who would like to use our tools - all within a supportive environment.

Do I need to bring my own bike?

If you're able to we would recommend so that we can talk you through fixes specific to your bike. However, if this is an issue, we have plenty that you can use.

Do I need to bring any tools or equipment?

No, everything you need is available at the workshop.

Are there toilets?

Yes, we have toilet facilities

Is there wheelchair access?

The front workshop is flat, has wide open doors and the toilets can be accessed from the outside of the building.

Where can I park?

There are free parking in and around Llangollen - some areas are an hour only, others are open time limit. Alternatively there is paid parking in Market Street and East Street. Both are close to Drosi Bikes, however, East Street is the closest. You can pay by phone, card or cash.
