I am curious, but feeling a bit shy about coming along - what can I expect?

We have had some of the same, and also new women each time we have met. It is a very welcoming, inclusive space and any woman with any neuroligcal condition is welcome to join us.

What do you talk about?

We have talked about things that we find helpful, and shared quite practical tips and resources as well as shared our understanding of how hard it is to integrate our condition into our lives and identities. It is a positive, supportive, safe and non-judgemental space to share our challenges.
