What will I need?

Bring comfortable running kit, check the weather before departing home or the office, and bring plenty of business cards.

Can I get changed on site?

There are toilet and changing facilities at the venue for those who need to change on site before or after the run.

When can I leave my bags?

All our runs take place from secure locations and can accommodate storing your bags during the run. We recommend not bringing anything of value as we or the hosts take no liability for anything that might go missing.

Are there showers on site?

Accepted Answer

No. Most runners enjoy refreshments after the run before heading to the pub without showering.

I’m not a great runner; will I slow the group down?

Accepted Answer

The events are intended to be social events so take place at a steady pace however if you do not run at all and this might be the first time we recommend you build up your experience before attending. We recommended ‘Couch to 5k’ by the NHS.

Are there refunds?

There are no refunds for the event unless it is cancelled by the organiser, in which case a full refund will take place.

Need a receipt for your expenses?

Please use your Eventbrite receipt for any business expenses claim. There is no VAT chargeable.
