I am delighted to be bringing back my strength and cardio classes in my studio, designed with women over 50 in mind. Max group size 4

I am delighted to be bringing back my strength and cardio sessions to my studio for November/December with women over 50 in mind. I have over 15 years experience of working with women of this age and I understand how difficult it is to fit strength and , cardio into your day.

This is for a block of 4 sessions with PAYG places being released a week before (if any are left). It's also a a great way for you to access PT at a lower cost and what better way to experience a session than shared with other likeminded women.

This is a series of 4 sessions - Thursday 27 November, Thursday 4 December, Thursday 11 December and Thursday 18 December from 9.30-10.30am.

The block of 4 sessions will be on sale first and any remaining PAYG sessions will be released (if they don't sale). The group size is kept to a maximum of 4, so you can be assured of a personalised and tailored sessions just for you.
