Are you not a fan of the gym? Maybe you find exercise and strength training a chore or boring. This is a great way to discover fun and simple ways to build strength using the outdoors. This is a workout with a difference. We will walk for a bit, then we set you some fun mini challenges so that you can play with balance and strength. Each task will get you to work at your own level, so that you can enjoy exploring building strength.

You will leave the session feeling energised, inspired and of course feel like you've done a workout too. All whilst sharing it with other likeminded women.

The class will last for approx 60 mins and we'll enjoy a cuppa afterwards together too (this is optional).
