This is a great way to discover fun and simple ways to build strength in the outdoors. After a short walk, we will play with a variety of exercises designed to get your heart rate up, help you feel energised, build strength and all whilst sharing it with other likeminded women.

The class will last for approx 60 mins and we'll enjoy a cuppa afterwards together too.
