Description

Julie Tremlin, Locality Link Worker for Adult Social Care and Health will be leading this session in order to help women who want to return to work in the care industry.

This session will include:
- Timeline for career planning : full/part time studying/training/work experience

- Care industry : the range of roles and how these are evolving with the structural change within Health & Adult Social Care

SwC – what is on offer and how this can get your work

Returning to work – some things to consider:

• When do you plan to return to work?
• Where will you be looking for work?
• Will you be working full time or part time?
• Will you need child care?
• Do you want to return to the same type of work or try something new?
• Will you need to train or study?
• Might it be useful to get some work experience?
