Join us for a special two-hour Women Who Can Yogathon - a longer, more immersive session designed to bring together everything we’ve been practising in our weekly yoga classes.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have joined us before, this session is a chance to move, breathe, and reflect in a calm, empowering space. Expect a combination of guided flows, breathwork, and restorative postures - with breaks in between, music, and a supportive community vibe throughout.
This session builds on the skills we've explored during our weekly yoga programme, so whether you've been attending regularly or just want to join us for the final celebration, you're very welcome.

📍 International Arts Centre, Garden St, Leicester
🕕 Doors open at 10:45am
🧘♀️ Session runs from 11:00am - 1:00pm
🥤 Light refreshments served until 1:30pm
🚗 Parking is available in nearby public car parks
What to expect:
- A relaxed, beginner-friendly environment
- A two-hour yoga session with guided movement and rest breaks
- Yoga mats, water, and music provided
- A warm, welcoming space to connect with other women
- Time to enjoy light refreshments and conversations afterwards
Eligibility & how it works:
This event is part of the Women Who Can Move Together project and is free to attend, thanks to funding from Sport England.
To keep things inclusive and fair, tickets are limited and eligibility applies:
- Women must be based in Leicester or Leicestershire
- Priority spaces are given to women aged 18-35
- A small number of spaces are available for women aged 36+
- We also have 3 volunteer tickets for those helping on the day
- Tickets open two weeks before the event
- If you miss or cancel your place three times without 12 hours’ notice, you may lose priority access to future events
