Women4.0 - celebrating women in emerging technologies
Date and time
Promoting, supporting, and inspiring women in STEAM
About this event
We're celebrating the women making waves in emerging technologies and their achievements.
The event is open to all and will celebrate the role models who are actively encouraging more girls into STEM careers and supporting women already working in STEM by challenging stereotypes, fighting bias, broadening perceptions and generally celebrating women’s achievements to help create a gender-equal world.
In the marine sector, ship owners are looking to make the leap from today’s vessels to the interconnected and automated ships of tomorrow. To safely achieve this, owners need access to the latest digital technologies, smart ship solutions and cyber security measures. This opens up opportunities for new connectivity solutions, and applications of existing technology in new contexts.
We're delighted to welcome a fabulous panel of speakers representing different parts of the fourth industrial revolution.
