@WomenEdDE is a branch of the #WomenEd network. We are also going to celebrate International Women's Day this evening! #IWD20 #EachForEqual

@WomenEdDE aims to:
* CREATE support for women in education.
* DEVELOP a supportive network where women in education can collaborate, inspire and grow - both personally and collectively.
* SUSTAIN a growing learning community that nurtures @WomenEdDE initiatives through partnerships within Germany.

The evening's session goals include an interactive exploration of:

• The Leadership Gender Gap - the why behind #WomenEd

• What does Leadership mean for women in education?

• The 8Cs of #WomenEd
