Join us for our Nottingham #womened #coachmeet!

This event, spans three dates to ensure quality and impact for both coaching and coachee partcipants..

Sponsored by Women Leading in Education East Midlands.

If you are registering as a coach:

We are looking for practicing coaches with a recognised coaching qualification who have made or are willing to make the DfE Pledge to provide three sessions of pro bono coaching to help close the gender gap in Leadership in Education.

If you are registering as a coachee:

All coachees will recieve three sessions of coaching from a professional who has made the pledge to support you in your journey to fulfil your potential as a leader in education.

There are three events for this cohort of coaches and coachees, in registering for this ticket you are committing to all three events in the series.

Launch Event - March 22nd, 16.00-18.00 Fernwood School

Event Schedule:

High Tea and Networking 4-4.30.

4.30-6pm Wecome from our school based host: Jo Eldridge, Deputy Head, Fernwood School.

  • Opening address by WLIE coach and Charmaine Roche, WLiE coach and #WomenEd Regional Leader.
  • Setting success criteria for the event series
  • Opportunity to network with coaches, coachees and #womened community
  • 'Speed dating' activity to match DfE WLIE coaches and those looking for a coach

Coach Development Event - April 25th, 16.00-18.00 Fernwood School

This event will provide an opportunity for coaches to meet, share expertise and gain enrichment as well as help shape the developing #womenEd/WLiE Partnership.

Event schedule:

High Tea and networking

  • Collection of anonymised feedback from coaches about the issues faced by their coachees and how coaching is helping to overcome these
  • To explore whether their are other interventions that we might need to develop to support women in their career aspirations
  • Gathering case studies to support DfE measurement of impact of the coaching pledge

Evaluate and Celebrate - June 11th, 16.00-18.00 Fernwood School

High Tea and Networking

Event number three will bring coaches and coachees back togther as a group to evaluate the coaching experience, share outcomes and work in progress, decide on any next steps for the group and CELEBRATE!

Event schedule:

  • Two parallel discussions: between coachees and coaches sharing their collective experience of the coaching partnerships- each group will create a mini presentation of the highlights of their partnership from the two perspectives
  • Mini presentations
  • Plenary dicussion to celebrate and set intentions for future development
