Join us in Birmingham for our West Mids regional event at Shireland Collegiate Academy in Smethwick. It will be the launch of an #EdTech strand to #WomenEd with speakers from across the #EdTech space in the UK.

Key Notes Confirmed:-

Jess Phillips MP for Birmingham, Yardley: An equalities campaigner, a mom and a community activist and before being elected to Parliament, she managed a charity supporting victims of domestic and sexual violence. She has recently published, "Everywoman: One Woman's Truth About Speaking the Truth".

Priya Lakhani OBE; Award Winning Entrepreneur and successful businesswoman, and founder of the first AI Platform for education, Century Tech.

Dame Alison Peacock, the Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered College of Teaching and originator of the Learning Without Limits approach to education. She is also acknowledged by Debrett's as one of the '500 most influential people in Britain'.

Christine Quinn, Regional Schools Commissioner for West Midlands and formerly Chief Executive Officer of the Ninestiles Academy Trust in Birmingham.

Hannah Wilson, Co-founder of #WomenEd and Executive Headteacher of Aureus School and Aureus Primary Schol, Oxfordshire. She is passionate about bringing about gender equality in the education system.

Kirsty Tonks, our host at Shireland Collegiate Academy, is a Regional Leader for WomenEd West Mids and Principal Designate of Shireland's first free school, She is leading the development and building of four new Technology Primary Schools across the West Midlands.
