Women’s Beginner Cycle Skills Evening in the Park

Join us for a welcoming and confidence-boosting 1.5-hour cycle skills session designed for women of all abilities. The group will be split into two levels depending on your experience, and you will not have to try anything you are not comfortable doing!

Whether you’re just getting back on your bike, looking to refine your handling skills, or wanting to ride with more confidence in different settings, this session is for you.

👉 Please note: This is not a learn-to-ride session and is not suitable if you have never ridden a bike before.

Led by an experienced cycle coach, the evening will cover a range of essential techniques - from balance and control, to braking, cornering, and safe group riding skills. The relaxed park setting makes it a safe and supportive environment to learn, practice, and ask questions at your own pace.

You’ll leave feeling more confident, capable, and ready to enjoy cycling even more.

Come along, build your skills, and connect with other women who love to ride!
