By participating in these sessions;
You agree that you are in good physical condition and medically capable to participate in the exercise sessions.
You are aware of the risks involved in participating in these exercise classes.
You agree that certain elements of the classes may be physically demanding.
You understand that you can discontinue the exercises at any point due to fatigue, discomfort or any other reasons.
You will immediately discontinue the session(s) if any medical or physical problems arises at any point that may affect your ability to participate in these sessions.If you engage in these exercises, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Free Your Body Physiotherapy Clinic (FYBPC) from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of FYBPC negligence.
