Morning ClimbFlow yoga with Tiffany Soi | 28-29.09.2019

A pioneering fusion of dynamic yoga and fitness movement created by Tiffany Soi, a former GB gymnast, competitive climber and a certified yoga teacher. The perfect way to wake up your body and mind, as well as build the strenght, balance and flexibility required in climbing.

Tiffany will teach two 8:30AM ClimbFlow classes in an indoor venue located a walking distance from the festival campground.

Born in the 90s in the suburbs of Paris, parkour is an art of adapting to your surrounding and moving over obstacles. It is equally at home in the city as it is among trees and rocks.

Beginners Parkour Taster Class | 28-29.09.2019

The crossover between parkour and climbing goes beyond the physical abilities fostered by both. The mindset developed in parkour will change the way you perceive challenges and yourself.

Taught by two experienced parkour coaches and climbers, Annty and Natalia, this class is an introduction to parkour movement and mindset and is suitable for everybody regardless of fitness level.

Climbing Injury Prevention Clinic | 28.09.2019

A climbing and parkour coach, NASM-certified personal trainer and a long-term movement enthusiast Natalia LaPré Boltukhova draws on her rich experience to address the following areas in climbing practice:

  • strength and weaknesses
  • becoming a well-rounded athlete
  • techniques in self-assessment, troubleshooting, and mitigating risks of injury
  • common rehab and prevention methods (psst, you can still train while injured)
  • mindset and mentality

Participants will gain basic knowledge on the above topics and have the ability to apply it to their current or potential situations.
