With the shift into Lughnasadh, a festival that marks the time of the first harvest and our gradual decent into the darker months, we are gifted strength, to find the balance between celebration and sacrifice within.
Its a time to notice what is or has ripened within us, and also honour and see what has been required to get us here. We can come together this august to ask ourselves what needs to be gently put aside within, for us to move forward in alignment, from our hearts.
Its important to women to come together and experience sacred magic together. To step into the feminine and explore our shadows and inner worlds, knowing we are held and guided. During our Cacao ceremony, Amrita and Kisori will guide you through intention setting, breathwork, shamanic journeying meditation, soundbath, journalling, sharing circle and a kirtan to end, all in the guidance and care of Mother Cacao. Her ability to lead us toward internal doors and ways of knowing with love and connection allows us to take steps toward self connection, compassion, knowing and groundedness. She really brings us gifts. Join us to step out of the mundane and into the sacred for a few hours.
We will offer a gluten free/vegan snack to end the ceremony, please bring with you:
Bottle of water (hydration is most important)
Yoga mat (if you prefer your own)
Pillow or blanket for comfort if needed
Your journal and a pen
