🌿 Women’s Circle: A Sacred Pause for the Relaxed Woman 🌿

Take a breath. Let go of the rush. Step into a space where you don’t have to be “on” or have it all figured out. This in-person circle invites you to exhale, reconnect and be fully met, just as you are.

Together, we gently rebel against the hustle. You get to soften into presence, land in your body and remember the truth beneath all the roles and demands.

Inspired by The Relaxed Woman and the deep rest teachings of Nicola Jane Hobbs, this space invites you to:

  • Slow down with nowhere else to be but here
  • Feel seen and supported by women who truly get it
  • Reconnect to your feminine rhythms: wild, wise and intuitive

You’ll experience:

❣ Meet your Host

Hi, I’m Nyla Khan, a Certified Psychosynthesis Coach and founder of Unbound Relating. I hold spaces where emotional honesty, self-awareness and spiritual depth meet practical tools for change.

I’m here for the real stuff: the unspoken fears, the patterns you’re tired of repeating and the deeper truths that live beneath your reactions.

My circles are trauma-aware, neurodivergent-aware and queer-affirming, because all of you is welcome here.

This is the kind of space I wish I’d had when I was learning to stop people-pleasing, to speak my needs without feeling awkward or too much and to understand why I kept doing so much of the emotional labour in my relationships.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to hold it all together on the outside while unraveling on the inside, this space is for you.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

Wear whatever helps you feel most comfortable and at home in your body, soft layers, cozy socks or anything that helps you exhale a little deeper.

Bring a journal or notebook to capture any reflections or insights.

We’ll be gathering in a yoga studio, with mats, cushions and blankets available to help you feel supported.

This is a phone-free, non-judgmental space. You don’t have to share unless it feels right for you. All feelings, parts and experiences are welcome here.

Come exactly as you are. You don’t need to be “ready,” just real. 💛
