Emily is passionate about Yoga and has been practicing Yoga for 20 years. Prittie Yoga is her heartfilled Yoga business where she runs online classes, events, workshops and retreats. She teaches adult, teen and children's Yoga and loves also teaching Energy Medicine Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Dear Sister,We invite you to our Women's Circle to create a space that is safe, welcoming and healing.Together, we support each other, regardless of where we are in our journey. With our most true and feminine intentions, we form a circle to create a safe and sacred space. A space to just be, to allow what comes out to be free and supported. A space to allow ourselves to laugh, cry, celebrate, connect with our inner wisdom, accept, love, let go, grow, forgive, and heal; each aspect allowing us to get closer to our true self, our feminine divine, our beautiful heart and free energetic soul. A space that your very essence is calling out to be.Connecting with Nature &amp; Your Inner Green Witch CircleWe will:<ul><li>open the circle with a cleansing of the physical space,</li><li>cleanse our own energetic space,</li><li>create a healing mandala sphere</li><li>explore the energy vibrations of different elements of nature</li><li>share plants and seeds</li><li>make tinctures</li><li>sharing circle with the option to share</li><li>close.</li></ul> We may be small sparks of light but we are powerful, beautiful beings who should never underestimate our power and magnificence. We will start by holding a short opening of the circle* Introduction and check in* Guided meditation* Journaling session* Opening the sharing circle* Closing poem* Sharing of food and drinkCircle gatherings are an ancient tool used by peoples around the world to heal and strengthen their communities. Today, circles are helping us do the same. They can restore our sense of wholeness, mend broken relationships, lay the foundation for peace and unite us beyond race and religion, culture and politics.Circles immerse us in a field of love so powerful that we awaken to our oneness. We emerge knowing, in an embodied, visceral way, that we are part of a single human family and a single planetary community. As a result, our relationships naturally begin to transform. Circle work is a deeply nourishing experience, in part because of its spaciousness and in part because people feel so supported and accepted, heard and seen.Circle work contains both verbal and non-verbal elements.
