Take an intentional pause to rest, reset and reconnect with yourself in a soulful circle of like-minded women.


What’s included:

Breathwork to down-regulate your nervous system and find your centre

Guided meditation to connect with your mind and body and tune into your inner world

Integration and relaxation with an ambient sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other instruments

Community to share, reflect and grow alongside other women

Journalling for self reflection and intention setting. Paper and pencils will be provided


Who this is for:

Women aged 18 and over, curious and open to saying ‘yes’ to themselves. Ideal for anyone feeling weighed down by obligations, responsibilities and constant balancing. This is your space to rest deeply, remember your priorities and reconnect to your life with clarity and purpose.

No prior experience necessary.

About your space holder:

Helen Driver is the Founder of The Rising Space, where she holds transformational events, 1:1 coaching sessions and experiences. Helen is Certified Mindset & Wellness Coach, EFT/Tapping Practitioner, Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator and Youth Mentor. She blends mind-body practices, transformational coaching techniques, rituals, meditation and sound healing to help women authentically reconnect with themselves and live more fully.


Before You Arrive

🌸 Please plan your journey so you can arrive a 5 minutes before we open the space at 6pm. This helps us begin together, honour the group and keep the container undisturbed.

🌸 To get the most from this circle, try to avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals beforehand so your body and mind can settle with ease.

🌸 Wear loose, comfortable clothes so you can fully relax during breathwork, meditation and sound.

🌸 Please bring a water bottle, and if you like to journal, feel free to bring your own. I’ll also provide paper and pencils for any reflections that come up.

🌸 If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring a small personal item — a crystal, photo, or anything that helps you feel more connected.

🌸 I’ll provide cushions, blankets and eye masks, but as we’ll be sitting on the floor, you may want to bring anything else that will make you feel cosy and supported.

🌸 Afterwards, give yourself a little breathing space before heading back into the rest of your evening. This helps the practices integrate more deeply.

🌸 Most importantly, come with an open heart and gentle curiosity.

This is a safe and supportive space. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Please honour this. We also ask that you refrain from giving advice, even if well-intentioned. Each of us is already resourced within, and this circle is an opportunity to connect with our own inner wisdom.
