This gentle 2-hour women’s circle is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reset. Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding practices to ease stress and quiet an overactive mind — so you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

• Soothing breathwork to ease anxiety and calm your nervous system
• Gentle embodiment exercises to help you feel grounded and present
• A guided meditation/visualisation to release mental clutter
• A safe sharing circle — you’re welcome to speak or simply listen
• Simple take-home tools to use whenever life feels overwhelming

This circle is open to women of all ages and backgrounds.
No experience needed — just bring your curious heart and a willingness to slow down.

• Comfortable clothes
• A small cushion or blanket (chairs provided, but this adds comfort)
• A notebook and pen if you’d like to jot reflections

• Full refund available up to 7 days before the event
• Tickets can be transferred to another person — just let me know their name
• If fewer than six participants are booked, the circle may be rescheduled and tickets refunded in full
