Women's Circle - Sharing, Sound & Silence

You are so welcome to this Women's Circle where we come together to share; through spoken word, healing sounds and silence.

Bring your open heart, a willingness to listen and an openess to be changed by what you hear.

Together we'll create a safe space for each other to express ourselves, honour our shared human experince or simply being present in the moment.

No judgments, No fixing or advice, just empowerment and support from our circle of women.

Whether you're a seasoned participant or new to women's circles, all are welcome. Let's cultivate community, healing, and growth together.

What to expect

After a warm welcome, we will settle into circle space with a grounding mediation.

Different from social space, in a sharing circle we follow the pillars that facilliate this:

Confidentiality — What is shared in Circle stays in Circle.

Respect and Non-Judgement — We listen with open hearts, not to reply, but to understand.

Active Listening — We offer our full presence, without interrupting or advising.

Speaking Our Truth — We share “I” statements, from our own hearts, in our own way, knowing silence is also welcome.

No Fixing or Rescuing — We trust each woman’s inner wisdom to guide her path.

Come As You Are — You are welcome in your wholeness — joys, struggles, silence, and all.

We will use a talking piece and take in turns to speak, and as the evening progresses we will no doubt weave a beutiful tapistry of wisdom and insight.

There will be opportunity to intigrate our processing with gentle healing sounds. Each time we gather we will experience a diffrent set of instruments - this circle it will be Crystal Bowls.

We will finsh the evening with a reflective final round of sharing before heading home.
