This is an easy, relaxed stroll on wide paths and bridleways, great for a chat and getting to know new people.

The route takes a gentle, uphill climb with a maximum ascent of circ. 53m - enough to get the heart beating!

We will be walking on tarmacked pavements and compacted earth bridleways so if its been raining, it may be muddy in places.

As always, this walk is reserved for women over the age of 18.

No pooches please.

What time will the walk end?

A route such as this one could take between 1hr 15mins and 1hr 30mins depending upon the pace, so we will finish at around 11.30am. Of course, some people will be staying on for a cuppa and a natter so you may wish to stay for that!

Do I need walking boots?

This is a social stroll, so specialist boots are not required. However, I would always recommend comfortable shoes or boots with decent treads and something that you dont mind getting muddy if it rains.

Is the parking free?
