Join us on Monday evenings for a series of beginner-friendly Women Who Can Dance Fitness sessions – funded by Sport England and designed with you in mind.
Whether you’re brand new to dance or just want a fun, energising way to move, our sessions are all about feeling good, building confidence, and enjoying yourself – surrounded by a supportive, welcoming group of women.
What to expect:
A lively, beginner-friendly dance fitness session with carnival-inspired moves, uplifting music, and plenty of feel-good energy. Some weeks we’ll mix it up with different dance styles to keep things fresh. No experience needed – just come ready to move, laugh, and have fun.
We’ll provide the music, water, and all the vibes – just bring yourself (and a towel if you think you might need it).

🕕 Doors open at 6:45pm
🧘♀️ Session runs from 7:00pm - 8:00 pm
🥤 Light refreshments served at the end
Eligibility & how it works:
These sessions are free to attend thanks to funding from Sport England, but spaces are limited and eligibility applies.
- Women must be based in Leicester or Leicestershire
- Priority spaces are given to women aged 18–35
- A small number of places are available for women aged 35+
- Tickets open two weeks before each session
- If you miss or cancel three or more sessions without notifying us at least 12 hours in advance, you may lose your place at future sessions
This programme is part of our 12-month Women Who Can Move Together initiative – focused on empowering women to feel strong, capable, and connected through movement.
