I don't have any dance experience - what do I need to know?

Firstly - Welcome! I love hosting for women who have not yet experienced the magic of a women’s ecstatic dance event. I have made a series of videos to help those of you that just need to know as much as possible before your first dance! The can be found in the video section above.

Absolutely. Most women do come alone as ecstatic dance is more of an inward and personal experience. What’s beautiful is sharing your own energy in a space with all the other women doing the same thing.

What can I expect at the dance?

Each person will have a different experience of an ecstatic dance. For some women It can bring up stored emotions or feelings that are encouraged to be released. This can include crying, stomping, howling or other form's of expression. For some women they simply enjoy the dance and experience joy!
