Guest Speakers

Viv Groskop - journalist, comedian, podcaster and author of Lift as you climb: Women and the art of ambition

Viv Groskop presents a dynamic guide to owning your ambition – without having to become someone you don’t want to be. In this masterclass, she will show you how to balance ambition and compassion and reveal how women can strive for personal success while trying to help – or 'lift' – others along the way.

In this session, Viv will examine what sisterhood looks like today and asks what you can do to make things better for other women – crucially, how to do that without disadvantaging yourself.

It’s the ultimate confidence booster for women who want to plan a career in a fast-moving world, without leaving anyone else behind. And it will address one of the biggest issues women face in the workplace: how to be ambitious without losing your sense of self.

Lu Li – founder of Blooming Founders - a London-based platform that supports and promotes female founders - and author of Dear Female Founder: 66 Letters of Advice from Women Entrepreneurs

Drawing on her own experiences as a successful entrepreneur, Lu shares her tips for thriving as a female business owner, and draws on the knowledge gained from interviewing successful businesswomen about their journey to the top.
