Women's Full Moon Breathwork & Cacao Circle

Step into a sacred space with Tilly and Alys for a nourishing women’s circle.

Together we will honour the power of women’s work - a place to be held, witnessed, and supported. You don't need to do anything other than be - all of you is welcomed.

Through an intentional cacao ceremony, we’ll open our hearts to this gentle beautiful medicine, deepening connection within and with one another.

Guided by the energy of the Hunter Full Moon, we will harness its lunar power through breathwork, yoga, and embodied movement, awakening feminine flow. A deep meditation will carry us into stillness, inviting release, renewal, and clarity.

This is an opportunity to reconnect, let go of the noise of the outside world, and tune into your deeper truth.
