This is always a cosy group of no more than 6 women plus me.

Welcome to the Women's Sound Circle!

Location: Church Lane, Lewes

A nurturing space for connection, reflection, healing and empowerment. This event is all about listening, laughing and learning from each other in a supportive space. Whether you're seeking connection, inspiration, or simply a moment to breathe, this is your place to grow and be heard.

Join us each month for a heartfelt gathering where women come together to share readings, personal experiences, and honest conversation in a safe, supportive circle. Each session is gently guided by me and bookended with soothing sound baths to help you settle in and leave feeling grounded and uplifted.

💫 New to the circle? You're invited to try a one-off session for just £25, with no pressure to commit. If it feels right, you can then join a block of 3 monthly sessions (spread over 5 months) for £75.
