Come and join me on this deep healing experience and reconnect with your mind, body and soul at the beautiful Beech Hill Memorial Hall /RG7 2BE, Wood Ln, Beech Hill, Reading/

It is all about recharging your energy
transforming your mind, body, and soul in a
supportive environment. It is ideal for anyone seeking a comprehensive and holistic approach to life.

This immerse session is designed to promote your overall wellbeing offering a blend of holistic healing & self love practices, meditation, sound healing, with vocals, chakra balancing chanting and mantras .. to help you find balance.

You can expect:

This healing circle is designed to offer a sacred space for women to come together, share and heal.

A larger supportive circle of no more than 25 people.

to connect with thoughts and emotions that may have been hidden.

Safe place free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise.

The healing journey will be led by myself and will include a

Herbal tea, nibbles and cake will be provided for everyone
Wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind and heart

Soundbaths are not suitable in pregnancy, for those with epilepsy, tinnitus, hearing impairment and pacemakers.

Ceremonial grade cacao is not recommended for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, with a serious heart condition, epilepsy or taking antidepressants.
However people can still attend and take a much lower dose at their own risk.

"Ivett is a calm, soft spoken person, who is able to put you at ease and guide you into a deep state of relaxation. I experienced a Womens Healing Circle session by Ivett and it had a very positive effect on my ways I live my life. This was my first Womens' Healing Circle and I had no idea what to expect but just entering the studio and seeing the amazing set up that lvett prepared, made me feel warmth and peacefulness. There was this amazingly beautiful circle of fresh flowers, with angelic cards all around, the crystal bowls amongst flowers and fairy lights and the pink mats inviting each one of us to surrender. Ivett's voice was so calm and soft and took me to a different dimension, a world of colours, beauty and wonder!! Using different techniques, lvett was able to make me feel aetheric and a part of the whole universe. At some point, a wave of warmth from lvett's hands spread from my head
to my whole body and I felt sooo relaxed!!! By the end, I explored the pretty gift bag that lvett
