About this event

Join us for an exclusive panel talk, sponsored by The Better Menopause, on 16th October at our newly renovated offices here at Women's Health HQ to celebrate World Menopause Day.

Hosted by editor-in-chief Claire Sanderson, the evening’s guests will be Dr Fionnuala Barton, aka The Menopause Medic, and nutritionist Jo Lyall, who will be discussing the ways in which you can stave off those perimenopausal symptoms using ‘lifestyle medicine’.

This concept, which is the theme for World Menopause Day 2025, centres around the idea that wellbeing begins with how we choose to live our lives, from the way that we nourish our bodies to how we move them, and of course how we manage our sleep and stress levels.

Claire will be using the talk to tap into the panellists' expert knowledge on the subject, as well as allowing audience members to ask the questions and get the answers they need to thrive during perimenopause.

Even better? You'll also get a goodie bag, filled with Women's Health editor-approved products to take away with you, including supplements, snacks and more, worth £30.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Wellbeing of Women, the UK charity funding research, education and advocacy within the field of women’s reproductive and gynaecological health.
