  • When can I return to exercise/running/gym?
  • What exercises should I do if I have a caesarean section?
  • How can I reduce the risk of tears during childbirth?
  • What should I do if I tear?
  • When is it ok to return to sex?
  • How do I make sure I don't leak urine after having a baby?
  • what do I need to know about my bladder and bowel - what's normal and how can I get help?
  • I am worried about my pelvic floor as things don't feel right?
