What is a Women’s Circle?
It’s more than a casual get-together. A Women’s Circle is a holistic, conscious space where women gather, just as our ancestors did, to connect, reflect, and be held in community.
This isn’t about gossip or small talk. It’s about slowing down, dropping in, and being fully present with one another. I will guide us with gentle practices — breathwork, moments of stillness, connection to the theme of the evening, and perhaps some light movement or yoga.
How does it work?
We do talk in circle — but in a different way. When one woman speaks, the others listen with full attention. There’s no interrupting, no rushing to “fix” or give advice unless the speaker invites it. Just the gift of being heard, witnessed, and accepted exactly as you are. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to — listening is powerful too.
Why come?
If you’re tired of Friday nights that revolve around drinking or being alone, this is your chance to try something deeply different. Imagine sipping herbal tea in a room of supportive women, where your voice matters and your silence is honoured too.
Who is it for?
Maybe you feel like you don’t have many female friends, or you’ve experienced hurt in women’s relationships in the past. Here, competition and judgment don’t exist. Instead, we create a nurturing space where both your light and your shadow are welcome.
🕯️ Why Halloween?
Halloween is a traditional time of gathering, reflection, and magic. It’s the perfect evening to step into this kind of circle — to honour yourself, feel held, and reconnect to the ancient power of women coming together.
🌿 Meet Your Host
I’m Claire — a yoga teacher, forest therapy guide, and (yes!) a pole dancer. I’m a funny, yet deeply sensitive and caring person who loves inviting women to gently open their hearts in safe and supportive ways. I bring creativity, nature, and embodiment together, so the world really is our oyster when it comes to how these sessions evolve. Expect a balance of depth, playfulness, and genuine connection.
The Invitation
Come along on your own or with friends. Just arrive as you are — perfectly imperfect.
Together, we’ll gather, breathe, connect, and leave knowing we are not alone.
