Women's Marathon Training: Tempo & Intervals

If you're training for the Brighton or London Marathon, then this next stage of training is crucial and we're here to help you. This eight week course (or six if you're training for Brighton) is a women's only course designed to help support, motivate and inspire you to do all those sessions you know that you should do but hate doing on your own. Yep, the work that will help to make you faster, stronger and mentally ready and prepared to face anything on marathon day. Coached by Tara Shannhan, who ran her first marathon at over four hours and now comes in at around 3 hours 15 minutes. She'll help you to feel confident about your running, no matter whether your goal is a target time or simply to get over the finish line in one piece.
