About this event

  • Ages 16+

ParkBathe is a green health project providing mindful walks and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of women who may not engage in wellness activities or are wary of being in nature or green spaces alone.

ParkBathe uses aspects of 'forest bathing', forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly together in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)

This ParkBathe stroll welcomes women only 16+.

The 1 hr guided sessions consist of small groups (max 12 people) in South Norwood Lake & Grounds (Sylvan Rd entrance). * At colder times we recommend wearing warm layers, sturdy shoes, thick socks and hats/gloves as we walk slowly. Please do bring snacks/water/ wet weather gear.

These sessions are offered free with the option to DONATE. We ask you to pause a moment before you book and consider if you can afford a donation ticket today. Donating allows us to continue providing these walks for local women.

For guidance on what to donate and our policy head HERE.

* We suggest you book up to 3 sessions so you gain the accumulative benefits and learn the techniques for yourself.

MEETING PLACE: The Playground inside the park at the Sylvan Road entrance to South Norwood Lake & Grounds (* there are several entrances). Here is a precise what3words address, made of 3 random words.
