Join us every Friday from 16:00–18:00 in NG5 3HJ, Nottingham for a free, in-person women’s mindfulness and visualisation circle.
This uplifting session is designed to help you:
- 🌿 Eliminate stress through guided mindfulness and relaxation
- ✨ Visualise your best outcomes with manifestation techniques
- 🖊️ Reflect through journaling and explore your thoughts
- 💬 Share and connect with other women in a supportive space
Each week we’ll combine mindfulness practices, journaling prompts, and open conversations to help you build confidence, step outside your comfort zone, and take meaningful steps towards your goals.
