Hi everyone, thanks so much for stopping by my page.  My name is Jess and I'm a coach in all things family and relationships.  I was thrown into the world of motherhood when I started my fostering journey at 23 years old.  I'm now mum to two beautiful children, one who I adopted and the other who I gave birth to ( I don't know which experience was more difficult lol).

For the last 14 years, I've also been a high school teacher, Principal teacher and Deputy Head teacher and specialise in working with young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs. 

I've studied trauma, attachment, psychology and am working closely with specialists in the field of neuroscience to ensure all of my practise is concurrent with the most up to date research. 

But most importantly, I'm real, I'm raw and I'm honest - like you all - I've had highs and I've had lows, life has thrown me many a curve ball and these experiences have gifted me with the knowledge and expertise to help other people, to help you.
