Women's Nurture Day

It’s time. It’s time to make time for you.

To make time, once a month, to harness the power of nature and fully immerse yourself in a ‘Women’s Nurture Day’ found in the beautiful setting at Fen Zen. Tucked away in the beautiful West Norfolk countryside, on the outskirts of the small village of Denver. This peaceful, healing, intentional venue is the perfect haven to enjoy a day of relaxation, meditation, and opportunity to refill your ‘creative-well’ by trying a creative activity, or doing very little, the choice is yours!

Your day will start with a guided meditation to help you feel centred and focus on your Nurturing day ahead. Creative sessions to enjoy, may include: painting, dancing, creative journaling, reading, clay work (working with the abundance of naturally occurring clay on site), wild cooking, yoga practice, drumming, weaving, snoozing, walking through the meadows, foraging, chatting, singing - whatever you feel drawn to… We can also arrange for outdoor massage therapies and crystal work (please do just ask!) You are free to join in as much or as little as you wish.

Optional wood fired sauna: (additional £10.00 special fee for nurture day attendees) we will be lighting the sauna in the evening so if you wish to stay for a sauna at the end of the day, please let us know.

Or, if you choose to just enjoy the quiet of nature and listen to the sounds of the abundance of wildlife that live at Fen Zen; then there are plenty of 'sit spots' dotted around the space, where you can escape to if you seek some alone time. We’re just a stone's throw away from five converging rivers, so you will be able to delight in spotting an array of wildlife, and marvel at a wide range of wild plants and flowers...a foragers delight!

Should the weather turn, then take shelter in the Fen Zen traditional roundhouse, cosy up by the woodburner, on a sheep skinned lined strawbale (vegan seating also available), with a blanket and a good book...

Then to truly nourish your appetite throughout the day, you will be served a delicious Vegetarian meal, made with seasonal produce grown on our land here at Bramble Corner by our in-house "Clean Greens Market Garden". If you have allergies and/or strict dietary requirements please feel free to bring a packed lunch along.

This is your time, scheduled into your month, to spend on you.

Your Women’s Nurture Day, runs once a month throughout the year from Springtime to Wintertime, time and tide willing!. Tabitha really looks forward to welcoming you to Fen Zen, to harness the power of nature and use this natural space to fully relax. Encouraging you to spend quality time in nature, on a regular basis. To help you feel more centred, more at peace and more balanced.

Please note the ground can be uneven, wet, and muddy at times, please walk carefully. We have compost loos and no running water. Please bring enough drinking water for your day.

In the event that we postpone or cancel we will refund you.

N.B: If you pay (in full or in installments) and you find that you cannot make the event or simply change your mind, we are happy for you to pass on, or sell your place to someone who can make it.
