Thanks for your interest! We currently have a weekly capacity of 100 attendees, which has now been reached. If any spaces become available due to cancellations or no-shows, tickets will be released again.
Join us every other week for a relaxed, women-only seated yoga session delivered online. Move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body — all from the comfort of home. Dellivered fortnighly by Michelle Finlay. You only need to sign up to the first session to be signed up to all of them.
During this session you will be invited to engage with all the beneficial elements of a yoga practice, without the requirement to get up and down off the floor. This session will combine gentle, mindful movement to mobilise all the major joints in the body with breath awareness and stillness to relax and calm the mind.
