The Group Sessions will last 1.5 hours every week for six weeks on a Sunday at 12:00pm. To get the most out of the group we ask that you commit to attending all six sessions.
To promote safety within the group we would ask that during the first session you show your face on camera for a brief introduction. After this if you wish to turn you camera off this is fine. In order for the group to thrive it is important for you to contribute during sessions in whatever way you feel most comfortable either through talking or group chat facility.
