This is suitable to all level of fitness, however some moderate fitness is required.
We will meet at 7.45am and after an amazing hike and views we will be back at car park by 2-3pm the latest.
This counts in for regular breaks and a longer stop for lunch when we reach the summit of Y Gran

What do I need to bring?
- Walking boots/hiking trainers are essential, preferably with ankle support. No normal trainers of any kind, pumps or sliders allowed.
- Water (at least 2 liters minimum), food and drinks (we also recommend bringing a flask with a hot drink)
- Extra warm layers (the weather in the mountains can change suddenly)
- Waterproof jacket
- Rucksack
- Sunhat and sun cream
- walking poles (optional)
- Extra battery for phone charge
-Swimming kit: swimmin suit, travel towel/dry robe and swimming shoes (optional but reccomended)
- We reccomend bringing a change of clothes to have in the car on your return
