When, where and how much are classes?

Classes will run on Tuesday evenings, 8 - 9.30pm at 20 Norwich Road, CF23 9AB. Choose the date you'd like to start, and then the tickets are valid for two sessions. After you've used yout two session starter block, classes are £39 a month = less than £10 for each 1.5 hour session

Who teaches the class?

Our female lead instructor, Anna, has almost 10 years experience teaching self-defence to women, children and in mixed classes. Most weeks she will be joined by  a male assistant, Jason, for demonstration purposes.

Question 3

What are classes like? Are they suitable for a beginner?

Accepted Answer

Classes will cover self-defence techniques, striking and theory, as well as look at specific scenarios. Classes will include some fitness, and where needed this can be modified to suit any ability. All classes are absolutely suitable for a beginner.

Question 4

What's the age limit for this class?

Accepted Answer

This class is suitable for ages 14+. We ask that any attendees under 18 are accompanied by a participating adult.
