NKM will be bringing the 'Stay Away' programme to Parrs Wood High School 1300-1600 20th September 2025. The course is designed to cover both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence problems faced by women, looking in depth at male and female interactions and covering some of the most common physical problems. It is a heavily interactive session, including roleplay exercises and physical self-defence training. We would encourage every woman to take part in this course once in their lifetime - it is eye-opening!

Jamie is the Head Instructor and founder of Northern Krav Maga. He has over ten years of Krav Maga experience and holds qualifications in Civilian, Kids, Women and Security Krav Maga instruction. He tries to ensure that all levels are delivered in a fun and accessible manner, so that students enjoy training in class but also learn effective self-defence.
