About this event

The circle provides a safe and calm environment that enables you to let go of any stress or expectations. In this space, you can just be, take a breath and connect to yourself, parts of you that may have been lost, and to other women. The circle is a space for you, in a world where women hold spaces for everyone else.

During the circle, we will gather in circle, sitting on pillows around a centre piece that honours the sacredness of the space. There will be a guided meditation, followed by the invitation to gently be with your body resting, and then a sharing circle (not mandatory!), ending with sharing dark chocolate and strawberries as you engage in a offered jounral prompt, card pulls, and/or a creative technique that allows you to express, explore or process to aid healing. The circle often involves words and themes that encourage empowerment.

You don't need to have attended previous circles to attend this one, all are welcome. These circles are for creating a sense of community amongst women and a safe space. There is no requirement to be a particular way or belief, women from all walks of life are welcome.
