Wear clothes that are comfortable and will make you feel relaxed through yoga movements and meditation. You might want layers for your top half as the body can cool down during meditation.

What should I bring with me?

Yourself! An open mind a willingness to share and listen with a community of women. You might want to bring some water / drink with you but please make sure this is in a secure and resealable bottle.

What will happen during the event?

We will introduce ourselves and bring our bodies into the space through gentle dance or a Shakti shake. You will be guided through a meditative visualisation, given time to journal. We will share a story, thought or wisdom in circle and close with movements and setting intentions for the month ahead
