What do I need to bring?

You may like to bring some water and a cushion and/or blanket to help you feel comfy and cosy for the evening. Yoga mats are provided.

Do I have to take part in all the activities?

Everything that is suggested during the evening is completely optional. Women are encouraged to feel what is best for them and to do as much or as little as they feel comfortable.

I haven’t ever been to a women’s circle before, is that okay?

Absolutely! It would be an honour to welcome you into your first women’s circle. I totally understand that trying something new can feel a little nerve-wracking, and we are here to support you and give you the space to take part in as much or as little as feels comfortable ❤️
